Schindler’s List tops a very niche list for me of excellent movies that I love but don’t run to watch because it’s not “a fun watch” that I make myself watch still at least every 5 years to keep me humble.

I’ll say one that I know isn’t elsewhere in these comments and is both very good and quite underrated:
They Shall Not Grow Old
Technically a Peter Jackson documentary but more so historical footage set alight again with modern coloring and voicing to give a new depth to WWI. Well worth it!
