If you suddenly realize that embracing a theory that allows you to accept a morally bankrupt "alternate truths" worldview as valid, but are uncomfortable with the negative human and societal consequences of doing so, perhaps you need to go back and jettison the root assumption.

I'm, glad the event is being promoted, but given the cratering of newspaper circulation in the last decade I can't help but wonder if this was the best way to spend a $million bucks?

Is there a single presentation that contains the largest amount of truth? Is truth tied to morality somehow? Example: the version of the "truth" that, if used as the basis for action or policy, adding the least to the sum total of pain in the universe is the most moral & desirable truth?

In the dinosaurs defense, gauging the correct dosage of Advil when you weigh 20 tons and have the brain that is so small you need a second one in your ass to run your back legs is difficult at best. Overdosing was common.

Stop calling it "Free" healthcare education. It's "Universal" healthcare and education. Using "free" causes all of the "how come those people are getting a free ride when I never did" people to cry socialism. Nothing is free, its our collective taxes supporting them for the common good.
