Eye care reminder, especially for those of you who spend a lot of time in front of the computer!
Since then, I've encouraged family and friends to get their eyes checked on a regular basis, even if their prescription hasn't changed. Doing so may save your eyesight.

Also, a reminder for those who work in front of the computer a lot: Remember to BLINK. Look away from screen every 20 min.

Our 8-year-old asked us what abortion is. He learned about it from political ads on YouTube.

This started a long discussion about what it is and the nuances behind it.

I didn't think we'd discuss it at this age. But parents, I implore you: Answer your kid's questions. If they ask, they're ready.
