Remember when our biggest problem was just a few religious nutjobs knocking over buildings.

-sigh- those were the days.

I remember when they impeached trump for using our soldiers lives as a bargaining chip in a deal to buy some dirt on his political rivals.
I remember at the time thinking that it was hard to imagine a bigger more heinous crime for a POTUS to commit.

Man, I was so young and naïve.

Since we've clearly abandoned democracy...
Howbout instead of voting for the next POTUS, we just have a nation-wide 3rd grade essay writing contest.

One of my favorite memories of traveling the USA was staying overnight at a scenic overlook on the pacific coast highway. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing on the rocks and having my morning coffee while watching the whales off the coast is something i'll never forget.
