I want acknowledgement;
I want recognition;
I want love & appreciation;
Yet, all buried from little to none of it when I was there...
Only to be on the radar when deemed useful...

But, I still can’t shake the loneliness, like I don’t have anyone rooting for me to do good, like I have no one who can say they’re proud of me. It’s… disheartening, if I’m honest.
