I am too tired to event attempt to write anything entertaining.

Been that way for decades. ha.
An old neighbour (he was retired military) was killed by a driver, when he was a crossing guard.

It is completely insane.
People don't give a damn about anyone but themselves.
This puts the crossing guards, and the children they are protecting at a huge risk.

Agree 100%

Seeing foreign nationals detained, with no accountability to arresting force is a massive concern.

It no longer matters your actions, you're at the mercy of an individual, you are a number.

Had my car searched once, they almost confiscated a camera tripod.
Logic does not always exist.

The parking options are fantastic!

Good to see jobs being created in Canada, as a result of the tariffs that have been created to our south.

Sure.
You do you.

They did purchase it, which gives them the right to call it whatever they want.

Conrad died 10 years ago?!?!?!?

Now I feel really old.

I have always viewed the '15 min City' as the idyllic towns in American fiction.
Andy Griffith Show - Mayberry
Gilmour Girls - Stars Hollow
Sesame Street!!!

You know what isn't in a 15 min City.....
The Cabin in Evil Dead
The Bates Motel
Overlook Hotel - The Shining

Money is gone, in tax breaks to billionaires, Contracts to Contacts, and general incompetence.

Those were fantastic!!!
I'd download work emails at home, write responses to all on the subway, to send once I walked into the office.

My boss would be so mad, as I walked in 30min 'late' everyday.
But I'd send out everything & explain it would take 90min to do in the office. (Distractions)

Fully, not Funky.

But using Funky is amusing!

It autocorrected Fully to Funky again. I must be doing something right to have my phone know I love the Funk!!

Funky agree!!

I saw that, and just shook my head.

The stupidity that has led people to believe that vaccines are evil is sadly not surprising.

It is a mess.

Provincial gov't talk about 'road design' as an excuse for driver accountability.
It's their mantra for eliminating speed cameras in Ontario.

With that road being a bus route, they can't install speed bumps.
It goes to their 'war on the car' slogans, used to divide City vs Suburb.

It sounds similar to Toronto.

Priority is to people using neighourhood streets as a highway, to avoid a highway.

With retail moving online (RIP Sears, KMart etc), & work from home makes renting at elevated cost a challenge.

Toronto does not have a vacancy issue, avg rent for 1 bdrm is still ~$2000.

With many banks & provincial gov't wanting people in office 5x a week, demand & price will increase.

Will the troops make commercial businesses pay more rent?

Guessing that is his logic...?

Cottages are personally owned, so no impact on his property.

Means more commercial space for nail salons & spas
His wife & daughters like them.

Same guy wanted to build a (windowless) mall on water in Portlands, plus an NFL stadium.

He hates anything natural.
See Ontario Place as an example.
November 11, 2025 at 2:47 PM
Yeah.

The Premier continues to show everyone he's a sh!thead that only cares about his convenience and making money for his donors.

They're not his 'buddies', because once out of office, they will have no use for him, and will dispose of him like a used bandage.

Guess he loves the last of his own c0ck when eating pitato chips.

How else can this be justified?
