Just reported them for trolling, block and move on. Not one of them is interested in honest discussion, only in bad faith argument. Don't give them the attention they crave.

Back before Twitter became Xitter, way back in 2016, there were some Trump supporters here and there and they could be ignored. As they increased like cockroaches they clogged feeds and algorithms.
