Take the system we have in Japan. 30% payment if under 70 years old, 10% if over. If there is financial hardship you can get breaks.All government. No crazy long waits, no doctor (or dentist) "out of network".

You're not wrong. The ultra rich will take out a loan using their assets as collateral. They are then using more "debt" to buy their stuff. Their loan interest is likely a lot lower than their investment returns so their wealth keeps growing.

Back before Twitter became Xitter, way back in 2016, there were some Trump supporters here and there and they could be ignored. As they increased like cockroaches they clogged feeds and algorithms.

Anyway, why welcome someone into your home when their only intent is to burn it down?
