Havok Physics saw improvements to the settling of piles of objects in our 2025.1 release, earlier in the summer.

A new friction model improves stability of piles of objects, eliminating residual motion that previously could keep bodies moving slowly and preventing deactivation.

The Havok release for Unreal Engine version 5.5.4 is available now. This update brings Havok Physics for Unreal, Havok Navigation for Unreal, and Havok Cloth for Unreal to the latest Unreal Engine build and includes new features, improvements, and fixes across all products.
