I'm a dyslexic book collector. I like the idea of having the books, but it takes me so long to read any of them I just wind up getting the audio book.

For initial plots, usually the inspiration comes from some form of other media. I ask myself, "what if the villain approached this differently."

The way I typically run games is making up a villain with an initial plan and go from there. Much of the my inspiration is on the fly for the plot's meat.
