I’d appreciate any feedback or issues submitted through the GitHub repo- I’ll only maintain the macro for a year, and please note that I am not an image analysis expert, just trying to make repetitive work easier.

This macro batch process microscopy data (.nd2, .czi, TIFF). Drop in your folder, it generates all channel combos (±DAPI), applies user-defined colors, adjusts signal per channel, adds scale bars, builds presentation-ready panels, and exports a full log for reproducibility
