The main rule from Tomska’s challenge was that you couldn’t use your likeness to create hype as it would just make things unfair so if this is for a big collab clearly the people with bigger followings are going to win. God forbid you do something actually engaging to build a following for it.

Especially when you consider that not everyone has a device that can even run the games. I’ve had the same computer for years and other that a faulty power supply I’ve had no need for a new one until GOW: Ragnarok came out on pc and Steam wouldn’t even let me open it cause my CPU was outdated.

And that’s not even mentioning how much algorithms online beg you to look at this and get hooked with clips and analysis’ of this show but no no if you actually want to enjoy it in full context give us your first born son and a spot in your inheritance. FUCK THIS STUPID SHIT ART IS FOR THE PEOPLE!

Capitalism has been the bane of my existence since I was born and I’m done pretending that it’s normal to have to pay for the privilege to experience art. I’m by no means saying artists shouldn’t be compensated for their work but society is so backwards that this is the only way we can.

It’s laughable that artists have to bend the knee to all these bullshit streaming services because the 1% only care about freedom of expression when they can get a cut of the profits. Greedy fuckers like that need to get their prostates checked my an ill informed doctor.

A little update for posterity’s sake. I submitted the UTI song as a part of my university assignment and I made the examiner listen to that song and grade it. It did surprisingly well and I am sticking it to the education system one piss-themed song at a time!
