But I am still not setting the boundary to tell people that I'm upset or offended by something. So instead I obsess over how I could have offended others. On their potential resentment. But it's mine that's causing issues. I find myself thinking "why didn't I just say I was upset?"

I try to use I statements. Avoiding accusatory language. I'm avoiding expressing anger. And it still comes across as not what I mean...I just don't know what to do. Someone suggested maybe I should try to be a better person. Get the right training. I'm always fucking trying. For the past 30+ years.
