Sometimes a photographer, posting my pics on Bluesky. All my own work, I use a Sony RX10 mk3 as my day to day camera and Capture One Pro for the RAW file editing.
Spent the weekend in NYC. Managed a walkabout with the camera on Saturday night, taking random pics of nothing in particular. Passed through a little park of Christmas lights on my way back to the hotel.

Thats weird? Why would anyone dislike a nazi parasite who let 10's of thousands of starving kids die, and celebrated by waving a chainsaw around? 8 million a day in taxpayer funds and he can't get decent PR.....

Super simple ribs.
Peel the silver skin off the back of the ribs. Lightly dust the meat side of the ribs with a basic dry rub.
Cover with foil and bake in a 325 oven for 120 - 150 mins.
Baste with BBQ sauce of choice.
Grill for 10 mins under the broiler ( keep an eye on them) Enjoy!
