Super simple ribs.
Peel the silver skin off the back of the ribs. Lightly dust the meat side of the ribs with a basic dry rub.
Cover with foil and bake in a 325 oven for 120 - 150 mins.
Baste with BBQ sauce of choice.
Grill for 10 mins under the broiler ( keep an eye on them) Enjoy!

Quick stop at the Toronto Aquarium. I used a lens sock up against the glass to eliminate reflections. This shark slowly drifted into the shot, totally photobombing the focus away from the fish in the background.
