COI is declared, and the relevant elected member recuses themselves for that agenda item or decision, returning once the decision is made.

On Thursday, the Waipapa Papanui-Innes-Central Community Board will vote on whether or not to install a peak-hour clearway or bus lane on Cranford Street.

For the sake of our community, they need to reject the staff recommendation.
