Loads of congressmen now saying to extend the ban. This has been absolutely disastrous and embarrassing for the US govt lol.

I am genuinely sad, TikTok is a great app, the best social media by far. Allows for good discourse, is actually democratic.

Not sure, but was certainly an argument that he was attempting to restrain him so that he couldn't cause harm to others, mostly women.

Not according to a predominantly female jury

The point of a choke is to render someone unconscious

Yeah, I think my main point is the smug gloating on either side does my head in. People treat geopolitics as a team sport and forget the consequences for those on the ground.

Benjamin Franklin is said to have drank up to 60 cups of coffee a day too. I don't think it was his advice for everyone, though.

I dont think this qualifies as advice. He just shares his thoughts and experiments. As far as I know he never directly recommended this.

Have you seen The Substance? Im scared to watch but feel like I should

Ray Peat isn't a crank, his followers may be though haha. All Ray Peat said is it may be silly to follow the typical 2L a day advice even if you are not thirsty, especially if consuming other liquids and eating fruit
