In an interview, Bruna Ferreira, who chose the White House press secretary as her son’s godmother, contested the portrayal of her as a criminal, absentee mom.

As alarming as Stephen Miller's latest comments are, today's lashing out is a sign of how weak he knows the absurd, made-up legal claims are.

This is a man who knows his racism isn't an actual constitutional argument.

The only time Article 5 of the NATO Treaty was invoked was to defend us, not for us to defend Europe. European soldiers and civilians died fighting with us and working next to us in Afghanistan. Europe was not attacked on September 11, 2001.

The Supreme Court is the place where America's nine wisest judges gather in a room to decide that, under the law, state lawmakers get a free pass to racially gerrymander their states, as long as they wait until the election is a couple months away

The shadow docket order in the Texas redistricting case provides state lawmakers with step-by-step instructions for drawing discriminatory maps without having to worry about judicial review.

It's real tough to look at whatever SCOTUS is doing here with birthright citizenship and their complete disregard for the plain text of the 15th amendment re: the VRA and not conclude they want to completely ignore the Reconstruction Amendments. A lawless a rogue court.
It starts with knowing the truth. Don’t allow yourselves to be gaslit into believing this is a real question.

I find it *extremely* unlikely that even this court would do something as brazenly and plainly anticonstitutional as upending birthright citizenship, but they’ve been so lawless that I can’t say it’s 0%, which it obviously ought to be.

I wish this were an exaggeration of the new US National Security Strategy. It isn’t.

The NSS makes clear: The US sees as its partner not the people who actually govern Europe, but the factions there aligned with the global far-Right.

‘Sovereignty’, excepting the US, is goodspeak for satrapy.
I am ratcheting down my social media, but let me just say that all European leaders except on the far Right should note that the U.S. now seeks regime change in their country; basically seeks to depose them. US strategy is to support the political forces that threaten liberal democracy in Europe.
