seriously though: the contrast between the RubyConf announcement and all their other recent announcements makes it really clear that they know when they're doing something untoward, and their communication style shifts dramatically to try to bury it.

@helge I'm quite jealous of that configuration! A third row of seating is cool but I think I'd appreciate the shorter length more often than I'd have extra passengers.

@matt it’s a little sick to me that Reddit’s value as a platform comes from the community its users put into it, and yet Reddit thinks that not only does that belong to them, but they also deserve to earn money serving ads to their users.
