What’s the normal retirement age? Presume any under writer wouldn’t want anyone older than 20 to get a 50 year mortgage or your repayment capacity is just a punt on pension fund being enough to repay the debt?

Musk got what he wanted via DOGE, Trump what he wanted via Musk cash. Time to rebrand, Musk will do the late nights with anti Trump anecdotes etc to appeal to the left/EV buyers. Trump et al will blame cuts on Musk, make changes in time for the mid terms. Stock price drop now helps buy backs. All BS

Fully agree changes needed, FFP constraints didn’t help and I certainly didn’t enjoy the game. But after 30 odd years of everything from Titus Bramble to relegations I can find the joy in how things panned out. Hope you can too when the dust settles 👍
