I've been lucky enough to attend a honey sensory workshop this week. So many different tastes and aromas! To anyone who thinks "honey is honey", you don't know what you're missing!

This Chilean puya outside my office building is flowering right now. It is really something else. Beautiful green flowers with heaps of nectar inside. Apparently loved by hummingbirds
