I do think clubs need to find the right manager at the right time. You'll always find examples of managers doing badly at one club (Nuno at Spurs) and then exceeding expectations at another (Nuno at Forest). We'll have to wait and see if Dyche is the next "right manager" for Forest but I'm hopeful

Haven't got a problem with Fulham so wouldn't enjoy taking your manager away mid-season, but tbh I'm not convinced it will happen anyway. I think Dyche is more likely. You're right about the Mendez agent issue though, it's not ideal

I think he's done very well with Fulham considering the players they have and the lack of spending from the club. His style of football would also fit, and he did well at Olympiacos. I don't know much about his time at Hull or Watford tbh
