Cherry eye isn’t painful, just looks shocking.It’s part of the eyelid protruding out from the tear duct per my vet.He did a simple surgery to remove it, some vets just push it back in place but it has a good chance of coming back so better to remove it.My guy needs eye drops 4 the rest of his life
