It was so good that the first time I watched the romance on scene (before I’d even played the second game) I had to stop myself yelling at Henry that he’s a bastard if he can walk away from Hans when he sounds that broken.

I feel like Hans was always going to be the one to make the first move but once he does…god I love the sound of the bolt and just how decisive Henry is when he turns back around.
Related - I fucking adore how good Dale is at portraying Hans’ vulnerability. Like you said, it’s heartbreaking.
