I've been asked before by newer/younger artists about how to get popular or meet other artists.
My answer is "please do not make popularity your focus when creating art." It's going to leave you frustrated and feeling empty when you create artwork. It'll suck the fun out of it.

I think 2D is valuable to have on second thought. But Procreate requires so many different opacities to make the drawing feel normal to where I just can't do it atm.

I ended up finding something in my model that got me a decent bit of motivation to draw again. Just on paper.
Fuck the ever changing tide of opacity & eraser opacity on the iPad for my beginner ass.

I love video games.
I put 2D drawings as a priority for so long when in reality I've never enjoyed it as much as making 3D Art and 2d should've been a secondary art focus from the beginning.
Tomorrow I'm going to put that into motion. Starting with using Apple's rigs instead of game rig made for the video game.

Honestly I really want to start embracing my ability to write. The art is nice but its not enough to distract me from my struggles with taking a break from Splatoon. I have trouble relaxing because I need to replace it with something else, and this is about the best I can do.

I'm gonna write about Nintendo instead of Splatoon.
Same thing, I've had to deal with the Switch for awhile now why not give it a unique perspective, and its about all I feel confident in writing about besides Splatoon atm.
The alternative is my story idea but I'm not ready for that yet.
