99% of the work on a book, for me, is the early chapters. Bringing absolute clarity to a world, establishing characters, motivations, setting up the big peices you'll knock down. The last half is just executing on all the setup.

When you finish a book and you just know when you go onto goodreads the ratings will be abysmal because so many people hate a story that doesn't do the things they want it to, instead of appreciating that an author is doing their own damn thing.

I've never really liked the term "FERAL" to describe four-legged "anthros". To me, it implies they have no sapience, yet they can be just as complex, as a lot of XF has shown. It just evokes negativity.
So now I have made my own terms/types for Anthropomorphic Animals: "QUADS" and "BIPEDS".

Something I made to celebrate crossing 8.6k IG followers. Just this past week my art went pretty viral on FB and later on Instagram when I shared my post from FB on there. It was amazing. Got over 100k new eyes on the story; made me happy.

I get this. You can barely enjoy anything when it becomes a chore. It just gets exhausting and drains you of passion knowing you have to do everything yourself. And what if it fails, despite all you did to perfect it? All the worse you'll feel, and it's something you never want to pursue it again.
I wish I'd been an author in the 80s or 90s instead of this. I want to live in seclusion with a little garden and only come out to deliver a book to my publisher once a year. At most. And then they give me heaps of money and I never have to do any of my own marketing. Can we bring this back.

He would be "Flashpelt" and she would be "Wildheart". They and the rest of my 'zois would live in WindClan for sure, as they are known for their speed.
