What I still dont get though, is why some people get 2 mmr shots & their protection (neutralizing titres?) lasts a lifetime, while a some will need more mmr shots to keep up their titres against measels. If antibodies always wane, why doesnt everybody need another booster after some time?

They act indistinguishably from antivaxxers: no knowledge, no context, no reading, no understanding. So it must be a conspiracy; the government, Big Pharma, paid experts, anything but the possibility that they might simply be very wrong.
