Thrips nymph on a calendula.

Been playing with a micro lens for iPhone lately and it’s so cool! I included a macro shot of the calendula for a sense of scale. The entire flower is about 2 inches wide.

Going through my photos I’m finding a lot more crust-types of fungi that I took during the fall. Not all the same tree, but all on trees nearby the first. #fungifriends
