When we realized the best chances are to got back from Cyprus, we headed there.

Look at this crazy sarcoma genome! So many translocations, and it thrives!
We were able to assemble it due to the ultra long optical genome mapping reads (N50>150kb).
We mapped genomewide #DNAdamage before and after oxidative stress. Its not random!
