The wage gap between staying put and moving on has hit a 10-year low. In early 2025: job stayers saw a 4.6% wage increase, barely behind the 4.8% for switchers. 📊🔍
Tech industry? Not spared. Offers are coming in $10K-$40K lower than expected, even in AI. 🖥️💔
