It's pretty much what you think it is: an analogue calculator working on the principles of base 5. You still need to remember that you're supposed to move certain beads when you're counting, otherwise you'll end up forgetting to carry the 1s.

If we are to take the Rubber Hand Illusion as an empirical example, there will be a certain level of sensation feedback even with the lack of full sensation stimulation. The human brain is such a fascinating thing.

Of course, this is not to be confused with the clear liquid found inside a freshly harvested coconut. That's coconut juice. Depending on the cultivar, coconut juice is more delicious when the coconut is not old enough to form a full rind of hard white flesh.
