I’m thinking of John Lennon today on his 85th (!) birthday. I was randomly assigned his phone number in NYC in 1992 after Yoko Ono disconnected it when it appeared in Albert Goldman's biography (see photo). I got calls from George Martin, Elton John, Rod Stewart, and many others.

I was so sad to hear the news that Mick Felton, former director at the publisher Seren has died. He was a man of vision and determination who always kept us on our toes. It was a pleasure cooperating with him over the years. I am sending my condolences to all his friends and family.
