Living in the outer suburbs is at least pretty sometimes.

This weekend I made crepes (Sat lunch) and sushi (Sun dinner). I hope some day my kids appreciate that I'm an ok cook.

I used to collect beer coasters when I traveled or liked the beer. I'm getting rid of my "collection" and finding this one made me sad.
Two black shield-shaped black coasters. One says "Pretty things loves you" and was from a lovely brewery that was put out of business because they wouldn't pay illegal distribution kickbacks.

I've been stressed out, so I accidentally baked a carrot cake. My spouse commented that it's much richer than "the grocery store sheet cake stuff".
