Making some sourdough bread. Whole spelt flour, white spelt flour, cornmeal, millet, and pumpkin seeds. Still a few more fold and turns before shaping and a cold proof.

Had an incredible Lughnasad/Lammas celebration last Sunday baking in this wood burning oven in the heart of the Mission District of San Francisco. I brought two loaves of focaccia and a cherry cobbler. Everything cooked perfectly!

Dried fig leaf to make fig leaf powder! Time to crumple it, remove the stems, toast it until it’s a touch less green and a little more toasted almond/toasted coconut And then grind it to a fine powder.
