I'd love to know the breakdown of demographics of all the people phoning into Radio Ulster about Kneecap. Nobody under the age of 70, I'd guess.

This was great. Makes me want to create my own wee mini native rainforest in the garden. So much to think about, not only rewilding but how its all linked to politics, food, history & capitalism. Thanks @irishrainforest.bsky.social & Aoife de Bhal for excellent start to @niscifest.bsky.social

I actually didn't get caught but I defaced a giant Christian Union sign with a black marker so it said Christian Onion instead. One of my more innocent crimes during the awful school days.

I hate this school, and all it stands for. I had a very unhappy 5 years here in the 90s. I hope this young fella enjoys that £50k and can move on with his life.

Pleasure to be at IFI last night for a screening of the new documentary about Newry legends GAMA BOMB. A film that beautifully, hilariously shows the camaraderie and friendship in a band. Congrats @gunnsara.bsky.social and Kiran Acharya, the band and @lukemcmanus.bsky.social for the ace chairing.

All happening on 6th February at 6:15pm.

Don't forget Nollaig na mBan tomorrow.
Time for us women to put our feet up & let everyone else do the work.
And bite our tongues when they get it all completely wrong.

Some other lovely Little Christmas traditions here. Hope you have your herrings at the ready!

Absolutely furious with myself that I didn't take my son to Kneecap last night. I thought I was too old and he was too young but fuck it, we should have gone. The videos are magic and I am buzzing everyone had a good time.
