i will definitely try to keep it relatively easy. usually that helps with these flare ups but this one has been particularly bad, hence the brace...if it's still here by friday i will definitely look into seeing a specialist.

i cant say that sounds super familiar. I think my issue is just general wear and tear from a decade plus of drawing and houspainting at the same time
