i didn't realize towards like the very end that my light source for shading is kind of all over the place, but i hope you like it! i'm still pretty proud of it

small suggestion: rotate the fins so be like her "ears" and have them be expressive 👀

i have a budget Kambal deck i built myself when first learning magic and it's mostly life tax or making you pay to attack me, and i like that it's symmetrical so i don't feel like i'm singling one player out at the table. for that reason i feel like i largely get ignored while threats rise and fall

Playing Naya colors means you could run my favorite mid value engine. It's expensive, does nothing the turn it lands, and is slow to actually generate value, but I can never resist long-term "this is going to become an uphill battle for you"

So I'm not sure how to recreate the effect other than assuming game world objects are leaving like "imprints" on a background that isn't removing anything on frame updates. Maybe you could also look into how old solitaire did the card smear effect since it's old and probably well documented?
