HAKEEM JEFFRIES NEEDS TO RESIGN! TRUMP IS DESTROYING FREE SPEECH & PROTEST AND THIS IS THE BEST HE CAN DO?
Hakeem Jeffries says of Mahmoud Khalil’s arrest: “To the extent his actions were inconsistent with Columbia University policy and created an unacceptable hostile academic environment for Jewish students and others, there is a serious university disciplinary process that can handle the matter…”

Sure it’s illegal and immoral, but join hosts as they ignore that and discuss the pros and cons of abduction in a stimulating intellectual conversation.”

Obviously /sarc. Shame on the CBC for normalizing an act of war.
Join us Sunday across all CBC News platforms, 130 NPR stations and CSPAN for a very special live 🇨🇦/🇺🇸 call-in special. 51st STATE: A CROSS BORDER CONVERSATION hosted by Ian Hanomansing & Jeremy Hobson begins 4 p.m. ET

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office.

Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc.

Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

Next time you struggle to reconcile the discrepancies between published scientific claims and corporate PR, make sure you're invited to the special invite-only meeting where the missing evidence is presented.
Just to clarify, I think they presented the qubit evidence in an invited meeting on the 18th. It’s confusing, but I don’t think it’s the Nature paper that’s making the claim we’re seeing in headlines.

The United States has declared economic war on some of its closest allies and Silicon Valley is itching to use the power of the state to defend its interests at all costs.

It’s time for an alliance not just to combat US belligerence, but to build a different vision for tech.
We need an international alliance against the US and its tech industry
The United States must face consequences for economic warfare

No they don’t. Canada and Mexico want none of this. They want the president of the United States to respect and abide by the trade treaty he negotiated with them - and not make up bogus pretexts for plunging us all into a gratuitous no win economic debacle.

This sounds like a Trump press release, not what actually happened.
Under threats from President Trump that included steep tariffs, President Gustavo Petro of Colombia relented and will allow U.S. military planes to fly deportees into the country, after turning two transports back in response to what he called inhumane treatment.

The previous thing I read about MA was that he thinks the deal (until very recently) was that we let people get unimaginably rich without criticism & in return they eventually give some of their money to charity, so he’ll have to forgive me if I’m a bit skeptical that this new plan will be a utopia.
The plan is to crash the economy to suppress wages.
