Still picking Miami over Vancouver?

Now instead you'll lose money on attendance because no one will go to the games. Classic CEO think.

you're asking me to trade warm sunny June evening games, for cold miserable February games? Hard pass.

Anytime someone makes more than a million dollars, all their wealth and money gets taxed at 100%. They get a golden dollar like the YT playbutton, that says You won capitalism. Then they get to start over with capitalism + where its a bit harder with higher tax rates from $0-1M$.

Lol, I see what you did there.

A Hyuck Hyuck, good one.
November 11, 2025 at 5:16 AM
No? Doing the thing most likely to create a goal, over and over, is not creative?

As I said, the endline to cutback is effective, I just find it boring, and it feels like that was 90% of what they tried to do this year.
November 10, 2025 at 3:10 AM
Sure, maybe. But that's why you bring in creative people who can break down a low block, or hit a banger from outside the box. I remember when we brought in Rusnak one of the talking points was that he could hit bangers from outside, but it seems that was coached out of him.

Sure, and they were awful to watch that season too. I thought I summarized it well in the other post. They lack creativity, and end up just doing a lot of the "get it to the endline and cut it back" plan that is "statistically the most dangerous zone" idea.
November 9, 2025 at 10:13 PM
Watching this season always felt like they were solid possession styled. I never felt I had to look away from my phone because they might do some really cool shit, They feel solid and skilled, but not creative IMO. I can't imagine anyone on this team making that Poppa through ball.
November 9, 2025 at 9:33 PM
Fair, they have got significantly better from the horseshoe of death of 22-23ish, but they just seem to lack any great passers or ideas, there's no "trying shit" like Dempsey used to say. It feels like its all just pass around until we for sure have a goal or lose possession. Georgi has it a bit

I'd be more sad if it wasn't so predictable. The sounders have been playing down to their opponents level for years now.
November 9, 2025 at 8:14 PM
I miss when the sounders were fun to watch. Not endless endline cut back ball.
November 9, 2025 at 8:13 PM
I love how they say this as if they haven't packed the court with fascists conservatives. Like, oh no the left might do the exact same thing they're doing, the horror.
November 3, 2025 at 5:27 PM
Surely Chat GPT can just watch it and summarize it for us.
November 1, 2025 at 9:58 PM
It really can't be said how damaging this one off hand comment is going to do to the Reign and Harvey's career lol.
October 31, 2025 at 11:28 PM
Hasn't soccer been bigger than hockey for like, years now at this point?
October 27, 2025 at 5:48 PM
Are the sounders done wining hardware this season?
October 6, 2025 at 8:35 PM
How far behind Obed are the rest of the Seattle kids? Spots 30-40, or more like 60-100?
September 24, 2025 at 6:58 PM
California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington. It's in alphabetical order, and it spells out CHOW.

It's perfect, make it happen.

Isn't Frei like 1-2 shutouts away from a record? let him get that then he can retire.
September 3, 2025 at 8:34 PM
Cool now do universal healthcare.
September 3, 2025 at 8:32 PM
Do you people even watch other teams? Compare these teams with the original runs of Philly/Toronto, who didn't get a shield until year 10, or RSL who still doesn't have a shield win. Getting a shield in 5 years is good to anyone who has watched the league for longer than covid was around.
