𝗣𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗘𝗻𝗴): A female kingfisher perched on a bare branch suspended over the river, holding the small fish she has just caught in her beak. Her striking plumage of metallic blue and copper hues, with tiny droplets glimmering on it, draws our attention, as the bird has just emerged from the water. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 (𝗘𝘀𝗽): Una hembra de Martín Pescador posada sobre una rama desnuda suspenida sobre el río; sujeta con su pico el pececillo que acaba de pescar. Some photos of the night sky in Flagstaff. I had a friend come up and visit, and he mention that he wanted some pictures of the stars, so I took these while he tried to match my camera with his phone. These are half of some of my favorites, with the other half on Instagram.
