It's an examination of how our unconscious desires that we repress control our decisions and shape our lives. It genuinely changed how i think, and hastened the incredibly difficult process of changing myself for the better. Highly recommend. 2/2

folks because they might just be new to creating, but it's also important that they have that experience of making bad shit, and knowing it's bad and why, if they actually care about making something good. 3/3

of social media capitalism, it creates a dual motivation to not just repeat watch the thing a person is currently hyperfixated on, but to apply that simple appreciation to the grindset and crank out content as quickly as possible. Getting push back like this is probably hard for some of these... 2/3

i think dark jokes like that are good for us, cathartic. if you dont let yourself feel some of the pleasure from the taboo it starts to control your behavior in much worse ways

even worse, perhaps, are the folks who WERE poor, but either had no values/ambitions, or gave them all up to become a perfect capitalism cog, saying to any problem "just look on amazon, thats where i get everything!"
