In light of what a disappointment Merrick Garland has been as AG (even in spite of bureaucratic obstacles), does anyone ever wonder what kind of Supreme Court Justice he would have made? I mean he couldn’t possibly have been worse than sexual predator frat boy, stepford wife & Ginny’s husband but…?

It occurred to me today that the Founding Fathers could never have conceived of how their checks and balances between the branches of government could have been perverted like this. Their system have failed because it relied upon the basic moral decency and ethics of men (and now all genders).

Is it wrong to wish that instead of The Handmaid’s Tale, we had gotten Designated Survivor, but only the Democrats and old school pre-Maga style Republicans survived? 😬

I really wish we had Papa Pope from Scandal right about now to save The Republic….
