A new visitor. He is not fond of being watched but seemed ok if he could see me looking elsewhere. He ran off when two raccoons approached.

I am currently in the hospital recovering from a bad infection, but my excellent friend Meg fed my cats and got a good shot of this Pumpkin kitty.

NYE was the anniversary of bringing Princess Smokey in. 3 or 4 years. Skipping the sad outside shots, this is about happy warm dry fed loved cat.

She has her own spot next to my desk, morning ritual is to jump up on it and get petted. She's very nuzzly at that time.

This is Spot. She (?) confused me for a while, didn't realize that she and Squirrel were different cats until late. Squirrel has no spot. I saw them together and he seemed to be guarding her while she ate. I have rarely seen her in the past 18 months. First time she let me see her and not run.
