Tough one to post, as the tshirt is tight. But I'm trying to feel more comfortable about my body image.
Always struggled due to thyroid issues making weight loss hard and mental and physical health making regular exercise difficult.
But I've lost a little recently, and am feeling more confident.

Just going to say it: No Man's Sky has no business being so masterfully bleak. Few games make you face the void with such tenderness, thought, and depth. Even when replying the story I'm still caught off guard about just how affecting it is :'(

Last two days have been hard. Just dealing with the anxiety of returning to work, and also having to reface the issues (finances/not enough paid work, body image etc) that drove me to the psych ward in the first place.
But I'm holding out alright. It's just exhausting and unpleasant :(
