Let’s be perfectly clear…

When the President defies the Supreme Court, it is ‘the role of Congress’ to remove him from office…

Full stop.

Any Questions?!

I attended the Spring Grove School Board meeting last night. Board Members actually stated they voted for budgets in the past without actually knowing what was in the budget. Then lectured the audience about how to run a for profit business, as if the education of your children were a business.

ATTN FEDERAL WORKERS: It has come to my attention that several agencies are now offering WiFi for you to use with your PERSONAL devices. If I were you, I would NOT use that WiFi. I suspect it's a way for DOGE to monitor your personal communications.

I’m not saying everyone needs to do *this*.

But @booker.senate.gov figured out the biggest best thing HE could do right now. And then he did it.

Everyone needs to do *that*.

Interesting - We have a Google Audio system at home. In the morning I tell Google "Good Morning" and it provides the weather and a news summary from channels I select. The 1st channel is NPR. 1/4

I think progressives have had a problem with "purity tests" (the need for all leaders to have tightly aligned perspectives or else stay quiet about it)

And I think the Democratic Party has had a problem with being...undemocratic - with too much power in the institution and not in the people.

So we could lose $200B in tourism, $100B in immigrants paying taxes, $100B in weapons manufacturing, $500B in lost tax revenue from firing IRS employees… is it sinking in yet?
International tourism is worth $200 billion every year to the US economy.

Sorry, *was.

It's simple. Everyone in the US enjoys the protections of the Constitution - even visitors. So if someone commits a crime here, you give them due process here. You charge them here, try them here, and sentence them here. You don't deport them to an offshore torture prison.

The reason that the US is locking up tourists for weeks in hellish detention centers rather than letting them book tickets back home is because the detention centers are owned by corporations. They are charging the taxpayers fortunes to cage these people, and making bonanzas off their suffering.

When the orange Orc King declares a National Emergency it will never expire… martial law is coming.
The House just voted that “each day for the remainder of the 119th Congress shall not constitute a calendar day for purposes of section 202 of the National Emergencies Act.” A day is not a day. Lewis Carroll, George Orwell, and Franz Kafka must all be chuckling — or weeping.
