My go-to question is something like, "How can I best show up for you while you're going through this?" To my ear it sounds like less of an overreach of trying to solve someone's feelings for them. Although I don't think I've ever followed up to ask if it was truly received that way.

I did (obviously) get the chocolate chips that I was out of the other day. The first batch was a disaster for unrelated reasons, but this second batch looks tasty as heck. Gonna' give 'em a few more minutes to cool before sampling :9

Have you come across KEXP before? They've got a web stream accessible from anywhere in the world. I started listening a couple years ago and basically never turned it off since then.

It's a therapy word that broke containment. If I understand it correctly, it refers to attachment to your imagined version of someone, rather than attraction to the actual person. There's probably more nuance to it than that though.
