I am not expecting them to allow us to have a same-sex relationships anytime soon (hell, female MC is already a stretch), but at the very least the could not do those obnoxious homophobic/transphobic jokes anymore.
It's not that hard to just *not* do a 2 minute joke twice in a 100h RPG.

By including AI to cut costs, they just drag the overall standard on what is "good" down.

Having a good TV and Couch made Console-Gaming way more attractive to me lately, already spending enough time in front of my PC for work.
But if new games won't have 60fps as default, and still need a "downgraded" performance mode, then I'll sit the PS6 out until an actually good game comes out.

During ONL, there was not a single Fantasy-RPG anounced that wasn't a Soulslike
The closest things are Ghost of Yotei and Outer Worlds 2, neither are (Dark-)Fantasy.
The next big non-SL Fantasy-RPGs I am even aware of existing are Witcher 4 and TES6. Years away.
