Should we flood the DC phone lines and demand answers about why they did this?

As someone who took some PhD International Relations and Comparative Politics classes, that's what is so maddening. The information was always available, until they took the site down. The State Department is full of nerds who love poring over that stuff and figuring out what works or doesn't.
