3 years ago my boy Frankie (named after Lamps) was diagnosed with stage 4 chronic kidney disease. There are only 4 stages. Today he went to vets as he's lost 0.5kg in 3 months. He's alert, bright but sleeping loads and barely eating. It's about love and comfort now 💙💙

32km bike ride through Englands green and pleasant countryside in 25 degrees of sunshine. Bliss. Fun. 765cals burnt. Buzzing.

I bought an e-bike on retirement, an excellent Volt Pulse (British & very good...blimey), so cycling is for fun these days and not lycra-clad beating PBs and not noticing the scenery. Buriton today, a lovely village in the Southdowns, 23k round trip. Blowy but good for the soul.
