I count five filthy ghosts in the one windowfront at least.

There are at least five portions where smudged, torn, plastered or clogged window portions of what is likely an originally late 1800-early 1900 brick facade present to the camera. Other sections show late 1900 or early 2000 modifications. And certainly some ghosts.
