Family have flown across the Atlantic from Mexico overnight - now nearly in Amsterdam, where they’ll get a flight to Dublin. Then drive home to Kilkenny. Long haul for 2 little boys - they went to their au pair’s wedding.

One good thing: on this Ibrance chemo, slowly, slowly, my fingernails are growing resilient again. They still split & snag & I have to keep them almost painfully short, but it’s much better than 5 months ago. @ThanksCancer #ibrance #chemo

I can’t bear not to take a stance so I’m boycotting the companies who’re advertising on I’m a Celeb w N Farage. Most not relevant but the list shd include Virgin Media. And shame on Tesco & Boots, & Unilever have a list of brands. It’ll be a nuisance but I don’t want my cash going to his £1.5m fee.

We had an excellent turnout for our first event in Faversham Tree Week (month!) today - discussing the future of our urban trees, the problems & benefits; and about Trees For Farms, a vol group restoring/replanting hedges in rural areas.
